New Sermon Series: "Prayer" Begins January 4th

As we enter the new year, we will launch a 7-week sermon series called Prayer. Each week we will explore a different aspect of what it means to speak with God - how to pray, why we pray, and the life-changing power that comes with it. Join us beginning Sunday, January 4th.
There will not be a Study Guide for December 28th.

Alive in the Adventure of Jesus - January 7th, 2026

We invite you to join a couple dozen of us who have been meeting each Wednesday evening at 6:45pm in the Fireside Room, to walk together in a quest for spiritual renewal and discipleship. We have been using Brian McLaren's book We Make the Road by Walking as our guide. The New Year is a great time for you to join us as we begin a new section in the book. In the first section, we started at the beginning of the Bible with creation and quickly covered the stories and themes of the Old Testament. On January 7th, 2026, we focus on the life and ministry of Jesus and the path and practices that lead to vital and vigorous faith. Our time together is a combination of presentation by Doug Scholten and small group discussion around tables. Please consider joining us for the "Adventure of Jesus" as "we make the way by walking" together. (If you would like to order a book they are currently only $8 on Amazon). https://aco/d/dykZ4Xp
