A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, January 17th at 2pm in the Sanctuary for Annette Pool who passed away on December 5, 2025, with a reception to follow in Zirbel Hall.

Whether you're new or have been around for a while, our Welcome Table is a great place to learn more about what's happening at Good Shepherd. You'll find information on current ministries and a friendly face ready to answer any questions you might have.

Precept Class is held each Wednesday from 6:35-8pm in Room #4. The book of Revelation is an amazing opportunity to take the time to be with God and build a great relationship and learn about the end times. The group utilizes a workbook that can have up to five hours of homework per week. It will take us to many other parts of the Bible and will last almost two school years. The first and third Wednesday of each month moms with kids of all ages join together to connect with one another, grow deeper in our faith, and journey through the highs and lows of parenthood. Join us on Wednesday, January 21st from 9-10:30am in the Patio Room. Childcare is available.  

Once a month, parents are invited to drop off their kids at 5pm and head off campus for a night out until 8pm. We want to support you as parents by taking care of your kids for a few hours! Kids will play games, eat dinner, and most of all, be safe! Just $20 a family, no matter how many kids!

Mark and Peggy Malbon will lead us on Wednesday, January 21st at 4:45pm to explore the history, authors, and stories behind our faith's favorite hymns. Plan to join in, sing, and stay for dinner, worship, and classes afterwards. 

Join us on Thursday, January 22nd at noon in Zirbel Hall as we welcome back Dewey
Erney. He truly loves the music he sings, and he will persuade you to love it as well. He knows well over 1,000 songs by memory and can interpret them in his distinctive way. He has often been compared to Tony Bennet, Frank Sinatra, and Mel Torme. Cost $8.00. Sign up at the table on the Plaza with Carol Jaeger. Don't miss out, bring a friend!

We're heading East to Palm Springs to the Living Desert Zoo and Gardens! Plan to join us on Thursday, April 23rd from 8am-6pm. Cost: $90. Set your alarm clocks for an early departure and join us as we experience the beauty of God's creation on this all day adventure. We'll experience the Zoo in a whole new way, with a guided Private Safari tour beginning at 10am and giraffe feeding with our personal guide. Lunch will be on your own at the Big Horn Cafe. After lunch you will have time to explore the many gardens and exhibits before leaving at 3pm. Sign up at the Senior Ministry table on the Plaza.  

The Good Shepherd Quilters are having a Saturday Workday on January 24th from 10am to 2pm in Room 4.
