Join us at the 9am and 10:45am worship gatherings in person, or the livestream option directly from our website at (gspc.org).

We appreciate all the gifts our Staff brings!

Parents Night Out - October 23rd

We want to support you as parents by taking care of your kids for a few hours! Drop off at 5pm, pick up at 8pm, and let us take care of the rest! Scooter Night is back! Bring your scooters or tricycles and helmets (required) so that you can join in on some parking lot races and fun! Just $20/family! Register here!

Trunk-or-Treat - October 28th

Everybody is invited and encouraged to come and decorate their trunks as the kids and youth participate in "Trunk-or-Treat" following the all-church dinner at 5:45pm. Come in your Halloween costume, enjoy dinner together, and be ready for an extra fun night together on Wednesday, October 28th!

Trunk-or-Treat - Would you like to help?

With Trunk-or-Treat coming on October 28th, we're collecting candy to make sure our trunks are overflowing with treats! Bring a bag (or two...or five!) of your favorite individually wrapped candy and drop it off at church. Every bag helps! Every donation makes a kid smile! And together, we can make Trunk-or-Treat extra sweet!
Sign up to decorate your car, pass out candy and be a part of Trunk-or-Treat!

Operation Christmas Child

On Sunday, October 18th at the Women's Ministry table on the Plaza we will be passing out Operation Christmas Child boxes to be filled and returned by November 1st.

Welcome to Deacons' Corner

Care Calling is composed of a committee who call our homebound members. We also send greeting cards and try to visit them. Our concern for these members allows them to express their feelings. We can pray for them during our call and throughout the week. A closeness is developed over time. Both parties are blessed. If you have any questions, please call Jeanette Estill at 562/588.3059.

Choir Corner

Your "Festival Choir" is hard at work on music for the Christmas Worship Celebration scheduled for December 5th and 6th. We are excited about this opportunity to provide a free celebration for our community to kick off the Christmas season. There are several ways to support this ministry, such as monetary donations.
This week's choral anthem is, It Is Well with My Soul, arranged by Mark Hayes.

Faith at Four (45) - Harmony and Hymns

Peggy and Mark Malbon will lead us on Wednesday, October 21st in the Choir Room at 4:45pm. We will explore the "history, authors, and stories" behind our faith's favorite hymns. Join in, sing, and then stay for dinner.

Women's Christmas Luncheon Table Hostesses

Sign up to host a table at our upcoming Women's Christmas Luncheon on Saturday, December 12th. Stop by the Women's Ministry table on the Plaza. Limited tables available.

Thank You!  Holiday Bake Sale

A big "thank you" to all the people who participated in the Holiday Bake Sale last Sunday! It was a success because so many provided delicious foods to sell, decorated the goodies, and helped to set up and tear down. And "thank you" to all who so generously came, purchased food, made donations, and gave of your time and talent!
The total intake was $1,700! Total collected for the Christmas Worship concerts stands at almost $9,000. Just $1,000 more to go and we will cover the basic costs of holding the concerts.
