Scholar in Residence, Emad Samir

The Scholar-in-Residence position enables a qualified scholar to serve Good Shepherd’s educational ministries, function as an educational resource to churches of all denominations, and be an educational resource to other community groups.

The Scholar-In-Residence serves as an educational resource teaching classes and seminars, speaking to groups, and working with church leaders in church development, and in the preparation of sermons, classes, and Bible Study materials. This Scholar-In-Residence position has been made possible through the fund-raising efforts of the Logos Educational Foundation.

Good Shepherd has invited Mr. Emad Samir to serve as Scholar-in-Residence. Emad has earned a Bachelor's Degree in Greek and Latin Studies, a Masters Degree in Egyptology, has completed postgraduate Biblical studies and speaks five languages.
