The Good Shepherd Worship Arts Ministry Team is dedicated to ministering the arts to glorify our wonderful Lord. We believe that music, drama and the visual arts provide powerful ways to proclaim the Lord's majesty, glory, power, grace, mercy and love. We also believe that we can teach Biblical truths in a powerful way through the Arts.
Our Director of Music and Worship uses a variety of music stylesfrom classical to contemporary Christian, spirituals to folk and jazz to serve the Lord and bless our congregation.
There are many opportunities for all ages to serve the Lord through this ministry. If you are interested, please contact John Cook, Director of Music and Worship at x109 or by E-Mail.
Vocal Ministries

Rehearsals are on Thursdays from 7:00 to 9:00 PM in the Choir Room. We take time off during the summer and prepare for the new season with a fun-filled weekend Choir Retreat in September. New singers are always welcome.
Other Ensembles and Solos
We have other opportunities to minister through vocal music, including solos, duets, quartets and special ensembles.

Good Shepherd has a complete 5-octave set of Schulmerich English Handbells. We perform several times throughout the year as well as on Christmas Eve and Easter Sunday. Rehearsals are held on Tuesdays from 5:30 to 6:45 PM in the Narthex.
